A magnificently beautiful plant with it's vivid purple, regal colors, I had to chuckle when on my recent trip to the Mid-West, my Aunt pointed out this perennial to me as we were walking around her garden.
Upon hearing her tell me its name, Salvia, I immediately recalled this hilarious video a buddy showed me last summer.
I wonder if my dear, sweet aunt has any idea of [as cited in Wikipedia] the "spiritual healing" effects this plant has and also how most recently, "the DEA has listed Salvia as a "drug of concern."
