An Inexpensive Artsy Hotel in New York City

Today I got an email from another former VCU colleague asking for suggestions on an inexpensive hotel in Manhattan to stay at next month for the Sculpture Department's bi-annual Graduate Exhibition at Kim Foster Gallery.

A work college suggested this very cool, artsy place in mid-town.

Aside from a variety of rooms to choose from, singles, shares, private double, private queen, they also have an awesome "Townhouse Studio" for families to share as well.



With a rooftop garden and a very cool lounge area, prices start at an unbelievable $69 a night!

Forget about having over-extended house guests in my small 400 sq ft apartment. From now on, I'm referring them to this place!
